What We Do
JTech provides computer and network services for home and small business users in Haslett, Okemos, and the greater Lansing, Michigan area. Anything and everything to help you smooth over the rough spots in your computing world.

What We Charge
Our service charges are based on a $50 per hour rate. Each service call requires a minimum of 1 hour compensation, then charges are by the ½ hour. In the unlikely event that we can't solve your problem you will not be charged.

Who We Are
Our trained technicians carry a number of industry standard certifications, plus the "real world" experience to solve your technical problems. You can expect them to be professional and courteous as they apply their talents to the task at hand.
Jeff Dillingham, owner of JTech, now has twenty years experience in the computer field. He is a Hewlett-Packard Accredited Platform Specialist, has CompTIA A+ Computer Service Certification, and is a Novell Certified Netware Engineer. In addition to his formal accreditations he has also received training from a variety of sources including IBM, Apple, Dell, and Compaq.
